Additional information about the program:

 

  • Our trainee program starts in March 2025 and lasts approximately 1 year.

  • Training begins onsite at our headquarters in Vienna.

  • Following the initial phase, you will spend most of your time at your designated location.

  • Successful completion of the program leads to the next career level (Consultant/Developer/PMO).

  • You will participate in client projects and conduct a case study.

  • Training in SAP Ariba includes an official certification.

  • You will develop your consultancy skills and gain insight into the SAP product portfolio.

  • Training includes fundamentals of project management and process modeling.

  • Initial training in ABAP programming equips you with essential technical skills.

  • We encourage knowledge-building in cutting-edge technologies like S/4HANA.

 

Your experience:

 

  • A degree in business, (business) informatics, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Experience with SAP as a user or a strong interest and motivation to learn.

  • Solid understanding of business processes and an interest in areas such as sustainability.

  • High level of self-initiative, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to take responsibility for complex tasks.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings on-site.

  • Fluent in German and English.
