These are your tasks:

 

  • Responsible for acquiring customers and projects in the area of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Advising customers during the proposal process and in ongoing projects, including proposal preparation
  • Maintaining customer relationships with SAP and the SAP ecosystem
  • Knowing the competition and the value drivers of CNT and SAP and keeping knowledge up to date
  • Advancing the cloud strategies of existing and new customers
  • Designing the content of the entire sales cycle
  • Demand generation, pipeline management and closing opportunities
  • Developing opportunity plans and conducting white space analyses to identify growth opportunities
  • Bringing knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes, business models and strategies to the sales cycle
  • Continuous training in hard and soft skills


You should bring this with you:

 

  • Affinity for sales conversations and enjoyment of sales cycle processes
  • Several years of experience in sales of SAP solutions with a proven track record
  • Proven contract and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the market for HR solutions and the HR business in general
  • Experience in SAP HCM and / or SAP SuccessFactors projects desirable
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes
  • Independent, customer and solution-oriented working style
  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Business fluent in German and English
