What your tasks are:


  • Planning, design and implementation of innovative Human Capital Management applications in a heterogeneous system landscape (On Premise / Cloud)

  • Competent contact person for our customers regarding tasks in SAP HCM respectively SuccessFactors

  • Independent work in the project team

  • Independent analysis of functional requirements and development of IT solution concepts

  • Conception and realization of customer requirements for the digitalization and automation of HR processes

  • Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

  • Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

  • Supporting the business development team with technical expertise, methodological professionalism, personality and your feel for the needs of customers


What experience you should have:


  • Completed studies or comparable training in business informatics, computer science, business administration and other fields. Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!

  • Relevant professional experience (> 10 years) in SAP HCM consulting and implementation, especially expert knowledge in the modules SAP PA, PY, PT (incl. customizing, schemas and rules)

  • High analytical thinking ability, strong abstraction skills, good structuring skills paired with modern methodological knowledge

  • Good to very good knowledge in several modules of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Employee Central (incl. configuration)

  • Several years of practical experience in presales, customer/project acquisition and functional project or subproject management

  • Extensive and up-to-date SAP HCM industry and market knowledge (processes, products, solutions and technologies)

  • Confident appearance, very good communication skills, strong service orientation and high social and personal competence

  • Business fluent English
