What your tasks are:

 

  • Lead in customer projects: You take responsibility for implementation in customer projects and also advise companies on technical challenges. With your expertise in the areas of "CRM", "system integration", "software development of customer-specific solutions" and "service-oriented architectures", you quickly manage to build trust with the customer. You speak the language of "business" and "IT" and can convey complex content in a structured way that is understandable to the customer.

  • Process and requirements analysis: As a lead consultant, you take on technical responsibility in SAP CX projects and record customer-specific requirements in workshops. You develop solution concepts in coordination with the customer and are responsible for their implementation. 

  • Knowledge development and training: Continuous training enables you to stay up to date in the area of SAP CX and to follow current trends, also in related areas such as the Internet of Things or artificial intelligence.

  • Mentoring: As a mentor, you accompany our trainees and consultants in their development and take on professional responsibility.

 

What experience you should have:

 

  • Technical degree, preferably in the field of (business) computer science

  • Independent, customer- and solution-oriented work

  • Understanding of complex requirements is essential, high quality standards

  • Excellent know-how in various SAP CX solutions, such as SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform and SAP Cloud Integration

  • Good programming skills (especially in object-oriented programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of SAP's own languages)

  • Several years of project experience, ideally in a consulting role

  • Distinctive consulting expertise is the foundation of your success

  • Open and constructive mindset and good communication skills

  • High flexibility and willingness to travel

  • Business fluent in German and English
