What does an SAP consultant do:

SAP consultants support customers in implementing or optimizing the software application and the associated business processes. The goal is to use capital, operating resources and personnel as efficiently as possible and to ensure smooth business processes through the use of digital solutions.

Job Description:

• Our trainee program starts in September 2024 and lasts approximately 12 months.

• The first 2 months of the training will take place onsite at our headquarters in Vienna. On the weekends you are free to stay in Vienna or travel back home.

• The remaining months you will spend most of the time at your location.

• Upon successful completion of the trainee program you will reach the next career level (Consultant/Developer/PMO).

• You will participate in customer projects as well as the execution of a case study.

• You will receive module training in SAP HCM with final certification.

• You will work on your consulting skills and get to know the SAP product portfolio.

• We teach you the basics of project management and process modeling.

• In addition to the initial training in ABAP programming, you will acquire technical basics.

• We promote the development of knowledge about new technologies such as S/4HANA.

You should bring this with you:

• Completed studies in economics, computer science, business informatics or a similar field (alternatively professional experience in the IT sector)

• Basic knowledge in SAP development (ABAP) is an advantage

• Experience in the area of SAP HCM or interest and/or motivation to learn

• Good understanding of business processes in human resources

• High level of initiative as well as communication and team skills

• Willingness to take responsibility for complex tasks

• Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments

• Fluent German and English
