What your tasks are:

 

  • Managing, planning and controlling our national SAP projects/programs in the area of HCM and SuccessFactors

  • Responsibility for the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability

  • Scheduling and budgeting, as well as for calculating the costs of the projects

  • Management and quality control of the performance of your project teams and monitoring of their capacity

  • Active participation in the Competence Team

  • Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities 

  • Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

  • Continuous training of hard and soft skills


What experience you should have:

 

  • Several years of experience in managing SAP projects/programs in the HCM or SuccessFactors environment as well as initial experience with S/4HANA

  • Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape

  • Experience with SAP Activate

  • Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)

  • High flexibility and willingness to travel 

  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation

  • Business fluent in German and English
