What your tasks are:

• Supporting the marketing team lead and senior marketing specialists in organizational and administrative matters
• Conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of events (analog/hybrid/online) as well as incentive trips in Austria and abroad
• Creative input for events and a detail-oriented approach in the planning process in order to make it a special experience for the participants
• Close collaboration and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
• Responsibility for invitation management
• Drafting of texts and marketing assets for mailings, our website and social media postings
• Maintaining and updating our website with new content

What experience you should have:

• Completed studies in the field of marketing & advertising
• Very good MS Office skills, confidence in working with Excel lists
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and InDesign) and the CMS system WordPress
• Knowledge of the marketing tool Hubspot desirable
• Hands-on mentality and proactive way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
