Your Tasks:
- Advising managers on HR-related topics
- Developing concepts for various HR projects (onboarding, career paths, HR digitalization, etc.)
- Developing initiatives that promote appreciation and a positive corporate culture
- Supporting employees throughout the employee life cycle
- Conducting exit interviews to identify trends and implement new initiatives
- Support in conducting employee surveys (e.g. Great Place to Work) and defining improvement measures in collaboration with the respective department
- Support with employee secondments and clarification of framework conditions for international employee assignments
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
- Successful completion of a vocational secondary school (e.g. HAK) or comparable studies
- Independent, customer and solution-oriented work
- Open and constructive cooperation with all stakeholders

Loyalty and hands-on mentality
- Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors desirable
- Experience in dealing with labor law issues desirable
- Business fluent in German and English
