Your Tasks:

 

  • Independent support and administration of employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Preparation and management of employment contracts, addendums, and legal HR documents
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel files and HR systems
  • Support in employee development: organizing trainings, feedback processes, and development initiatives
  • Participation in HR projects and internal processes

 

Your Profile:

 

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR as a generalist
  • Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK) or equivalent qualification
  • Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
  • Open and constructive collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
