These are your tasks:
- Supporting the payroll accounting of our international locations
- Support in all HR related topics
- Preparation of HR reporting
- Continuous control of current agendas
- Maintenance of employee master data
- Supporting correspondence with authorities and social insurances
What you should bring with you:
- Successful completion of a vocational secondary school (e.g. HAK).
- Ideally completed PV examination
- First experience in dealing with labor law issues desirable
- Very good MS-Office skills, ideally SAP-HCM experience
- Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation and communication
- Fluent in German and English
