Your Tasks:

• Invoicing of all projects across various subsidiaries and countries

• Interface between clients, project managers, and partners

• 1st level support for all billing-related topics and systems

• Master data management

• Dunning (accounts receivable management)

• Support in reporting as well as in quarterly and annual financial statements

• Identification and implementation of process optimizations

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial education (HAK, BHS, HLW) or a comparable qualification

• Ideally at least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position

• Solid MS Office skills are required; SAP knowledge is a plus

• Willingness to learn and flexibility in handling new tasks

• Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, analytical, and precise way of working

• Strong solution-oriented mindset and self-initiative

• Communicative, team-oriented, and service-oriented

• Fluent in German and English
