What your tasks are: 

• Sales support for our locations in Austria

• Research activities on potential new SAP customers and their respective contacts

• Lead qualification via phone/email and handover to the sales team

• Scheduling appointments with potential new customers

• Development of a call script for cold calling

• Documentation of sales conversations

What experience you should have:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills and confidence for cold acquisition of new customers (phone, email, social media)

• Excellent spelling and writing skills

• Structured, proactive, and independent working style

• Native-level German and very good English skills

• Initial experience in acquisition and sales as well as a basic understanding of the SAP portfolio is desirable

• Enjoyment of and interest in teamwork

• Residence in Vienna or the surrounding area

• Availability: immediately, 10–20 hours per week
