Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Supporting the Marketing Specialists and Team Lead with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Creating Win Announcements for external communication
  • Coordinating and collaborating on the production of Success Stories, presales and product videos together with external creative agencies
  • Planning, conceptualizing, and organizing smaller customer events (online and offline) as well as incentive events both domestically and abroad
  • Managing and further developing our social media channels to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Regularly updating and maintaining our website with relevant content
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and building sustainable relationships

 

What experience you should have:

 

  • You are studying marketing, communication, media design or have recently graduated – initial professional experience (e.g. through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time job) is a plus
  • You have excellent MS Office skills – especially in Excel
  • Initial experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage
  • You enjoy maintaining and updating web content using WordPress
  • You approach tasks proactively, think ahead, and enjoy hands-on work
  • Ideally, you have some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  • Knowledge of Google Business Suite and SEA/SEO is a plus
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English
  • You are open, communicative, and enjoy engaging with people
  • You are willing to travel occasionally for business
