Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Supporting the Marketing Team Lead and Senior Marketing Specialists with organizational and administrative tasks.

  • Designing marketing assets.

  • Managing, ordering, and handling logistics for our merchandise items.

  • Conceptualizing, planning, executing, and following up on events (in-person/hybrid/online) and incentive trips domestically and internationally.

  • Providing creative input for events and ensuring a detail-oriented approach to their organization to deliver a unique experience for participants.

  • Collaborating closely with and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Writing content for mailings, our website, and social media posts.

  • Creating PowerPoint slides and maintaining the content of our company presentations.

  • Supporting employer branding efforts (LinkedIn and Instagram).

  • Sending out internal newsletters (as backup).

 

What experience you should have:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Media Design, Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a comparable field.

  • Initial experience in creating and producing graphics and communication materials (digital and print).

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a must-have.

  • Hands-on mentality and proactive working style.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

  • Residence in Vienna or the surrounding area.

  • Availability: Immediate, 20 hours per week.
