What your tasks are: 

• Management of Team Leads in delivery within Germany.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director of CNT Management Consulting GmbH Germany.
• Coordinating staffing needs between location Managers, Competence Team Leads and Project Managers.
• Coordinating the utilization situation between Site Managers, Team Leads and Project Managers.
• Ensuring a balanced personnel structure in terms of seniority/level (YPs, Consultants/Developer, Seniors, Leads, Architects, ...).
• Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all necessary certifications/re-certifications of the employees required for SAP Sell/Service/Build authorizations in the different SAP Solutions.
• Active contribution to company development in Germany through sales and presales support.
• Intensive cultivation of relationships with new and existing customers, as well as with SAP and other partners.
• Mainly responsible for the personnel development of the delivery teams in consulting, development and project management.
• Responsible for promoting the training and further education of employees in Germany.
• Active support in the recruitment process.

What experience you should have:

• Several years of management experience in projects and of larger teams/areas.
• Strong consulting expertise with over 10 years of experience in the SAP consulting industry.
• Extensive network in the SAP ecosystem with regard to potential employees and customers.
• Several years of experience in presales and in working with customers.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on customers and solutions.
• Main place of residence is near Munich, Hamburg or Mainz.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel, including presence at CNT locations.
• Business-fluent in German and English.
