Your exciting tasks at our company:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM modules

• Leading workshops with customers business and IT representatives

• Translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain strategy

• Optimize transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management processes

• Work collaboratively with teams across logistics and sales to optimize end-to-end processes

• Technical and functional responsibility in customer project

• Pre-Sales support within new customer sales cycles (Prototype and content preparation, joining customer meetings as trusted expert, running workshops or customer focused presentations)

• Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams

• Own further training in hard and soft skills

Your profile that convinces us:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM

• Cross-functional experience in Logistics, Logistics Execution, and SAP SD

• Proven success in implementing and optimizing SAP TM processes

• SAP TM certification is a plus.

• Good Communication skills

• Strong business process understanding around all TM processes especially Freight and Shipping

• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

• Experienced in managing of and working with diverse groups of people

• Business fluency in German and English
