What your tasks are: 
 

  • Establishment and management of the new SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team in Munich, continuous development of the competencies of the team members

  • Advising our customers as part of larger SAP HCM/SuccessFactors projects, identifying customer needs and developing customized solutions

  • Intensive cultivation of relationships with new and existing customers

  • Responsibility for pre-sales and sales activities 

  • Customer-oriented approach, support for new customer acquisition and expansion of our local network

  • Managing business relationships with our partners, in particular SAP Germany

  • Leading customer workshops and presentations

  • Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

  • Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

 

What experience you should have:
 

  • Independent, customer and solution-oriented work

  • 3 years of leadership experience in projects or as a team lead

  • Excellent know-how in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors with more than 10 years of practical experience

  • Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise

  • High flexibility and willingness to travel 

  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation

  • Business fluent in German and English
