These are the tasks you can expect:

• Managing the Innsbruck office and its administrative staff.
• Collaborating on and leading SAP projects with a hands-on approach.
• Actively contributing to regional business development through sales and pre-sales support.
• Cultivating close relationships with new and existing customers, as well as with SAP and other partners.
• Expanding regional relationships with universities, universities of applied sciences and other local institutions.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all staff employed at the Innsbruck site.
• Supporting managers in promoting training and professional development for all staff at the site.
• Fostering a sense of team spirit within the site team (through appropriate behaviour, communication, social events and team-building activities).
• Providing active support in the recruitment process, as well as during onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintaining and expanding the internal CNT network.

What we expect from you:

• The ability to work independently, with a customer- and solution-oriented approach
• Several years’ leadership experience in SAP projects or in a managerial role
• Willingness to relocate to Innsbruck (for at least 3–5 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong expertise in the relevant specialist area (Delivery, Central Functions, Sales)
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
• High level of flexibility and willingness to travel
• Business fluency in German and English
