What does an SAP developer do:

SAP is a widely used enterprise software that is employed across various industries for managing business processes. A SAP Developer is an expert in developing software solutions within the SAP environment.

As part of our trainee program, you will develop programming skills in SAP-specific languages. In addition to foundational training in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), you will focus on emerging technologies such as BTP, Cloud Integration, SAP Build, AI, and large language models. Through hands-on training and close collaboration with experienced colleagues, trainees build solid expertise and the essential skill set for a career in consulting.

Job Description:

  • Our trainee program starts in September 2025 and will take approx. 1 year.

  • Training begins onsite at our Office in Mainz.

  • Following the initial phase, you will spend most of your time at your designated location.

  • Upon successful completion of the trainee program you will reach the next career level (Developer).

  • You will participate in customer projects as well as the execution of a case study.

  • You will receive comprehensive training with a final certification.

  • You will work on your technical and communication skills and get to know the SAP product portfolio.

  • During the initial training, we will teach you the fundamentals of project management and process modeling.

  • We promote knowledge building on new technologies such as S/4HANA.


You should bring this with you:

  • Degree in Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Economics, or an equivalent qualification

  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of business processes

  • High level of initiative as well as communication and team skills

  • Willingness to take responsibility for complex tasks

  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments

  • Fluent German and English
