Your exciting tasks at our company:

• Manage, plan and control our national and international SAP projects.

• You are responsible for the success of the project in terms of customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Scheduling and budgeting, as well as calculating the costs of the projects.

• guarantee the quality of the project, responsible for the performance of your project teams and monitoring their capacity utilisation.

• Contribute your knowledge and experience to the Competence Team.

• Active participation in PreSales and driving the further development of the projects

• Take on professional responsibility in mentoring and coaching young professionals

• Own further training in hard and soft skills

Your profile that convinces us:

• Several years of experience in managing SAP projects and experience with S/4HANA.

• Comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a good overview of the SAP system landscape

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style

• Knowledge of the SAP Activate method

• Experience in other project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA or Prince2) and interest in agile process models (e.g. SCRUM)

• Interest in new technologies

• Motivation for continuous further education, both soft and hard skills

• Business fluent in English

• German would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
