What you’ll be doing:

• Advising our customers within SAP SD projects, focusing on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Identifying customer needs and developing tailored SAP SD/CS solutions to optimize OTC workflows
• Technical implementation of customer requirements in SAP SD and CS, including pricing, billing, credit management, and returns
• Active participation in the CNT Competence Teams and knowledge sharing on OTC best practices
• Leading customer workshops and delivering presentations on OTC process improvements
• Mentoring young professionals and taking technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous development of hard and soft skillsSupporting pre-sales activities and contributing to solution design for OTC scenarios
• Ensuring seamless integration of SAP SD/CS with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) and non-SAP systems to enable smooth OTC execution

What makes you a great fit:

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent know-how in SAP SD modules with more than 5 years of experience, including in-depth knowledge of SAP CS
• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for Order-to-Cash processes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, and OTC lifecycle
• Several years of project experience and strong consulting expertise
• Proficiency in S/4HANA and understanding of ECC to S/4HANA transition
• Familiarity with data modeling, master data management, and system integration
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
