These are your tasks:

• Holistic advice on sales processes
  
  You advise companies on the introduction or realignment of sales processes and do not lose sight of the big picture. With your expertise in the areas of "sales automation" and "sales performance management" you will quickly build trust with our customers. You speak the language of "business" and "IT" and manage to convey complex content in a simple and understandable way.
   
• Process and requirements analysis
  
  As a Senior Consultant, you will take on responsibility for SAP Sales Cloud projects and take on customer-specific requirements in workshops. You develop concepts and process models in coordination with the customer and are responsible for the implementation. As the interface between business and IT, you will take on an important role in implementation projects. As a team player, you will support the implementation and ensure quality through reviews.
   
• Knowledge building and training
  
  Continuous training enables you to always stay up to date in the field of SAP C/4 HANA and to follow current trends, also in related topics such as the Internet of Things or artificial intelligence.
   
• Mentoring
  
  As a mentor, you will accompany our trainees and consultants in their development and take on professional responsibility.

You should bring this with you:

• Completed degree in business administration or (business) computer science
• Independent, customer- and solution oriented work
• Ability to quickly grasp complex requirements
• High quality standards
• Excellent know-how in the SAP Sales Cloud portfolio (especially SAP Sales Cloud CRM)
• Several years of experience in project work
• Distinct consulting expertise
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Motivation for continuous training, both soft and hard skills
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Business fluent in German and English
