Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for planning, managing, and successfully delivering CX projects in the SAP environment
 - Leading project teams and coordinating all project phases – from requirements gathering to handover to operations
 - Conducting customer workshops to gather requirements and define CX objectives
 - Developing project plans, managing timelines and resources, and actively handling risks
 - Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
 - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and schedules
 - Supporting presales activities by presenting project methodologies and CX solution approaches
 
Your experience:
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the CX environment
 - Strong communication and facilitation skills
 - A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
 - Experience in requirements engineering and managing complex projects
 - Interest in customer-centric solutions and digital end-to-end processes
 - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration and CX platforms is a plus
 - Team spirit, willingness to travel, and a high level of personal responsibility
 - Business-fluent German and English skills
