Your Tasks:

 

  • Independent management of invoicing for all projects across multiple subsidiaries and countries
  • Processing and reconciliation of intercompany settlements in accordance with group-wide guidelines and relevant accounting standards
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, project management and external partners
  • First-level support for all billing-related issues and systems
  • Maintenance and management of master data
  • Handling of the dunning process
  • Support with reporting and quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Identifying opportunities for optimisation and contributing to the further development of processes

 

Your Profile:

 

  • •    Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, BHS, HLW) or equivalent qualification 
    •    Ideally 2–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role 
    •    Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills would be an advantage 
    •    A strong willingness to learn and flexibility when dealing with new tasks 
    •    A strong aptitude for numbers and a structured, analytical and precise approach to work 
    •    A high degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking 
    •    Strong communication skills and a team- and service-oriented approach 
    •    Fluent in German and English
