These are your tasks:

 

  • Designing and technically implementing SAP HCM solutions, as well as overseeing the development of custom extensions and programming
  • Implementing new and maintaining existing self-service solutions in Fiori
  • Project management and coordination of sub-projects
  • Advising and supporting our clients in the implementation and customization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions in accordance with their specific requirements and business processes
  • Taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation as part of the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM solutions.
  • Second- and third-level support as part of our HCM Application Service to provide solutions quickly and efficiently when errors occur
  • Planning and conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Contributing to the sales cycle, including proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Actively collaborating and participating in knowledge sharing within the CNT Competence Teams, including on current topics such as H4S4, hybrid deployments, public and private cloud, Fiori, etc.
  • Mentoring and coaching our young professionals and providing technical guidance to consultants
  • Continuous development of hard and soft skills through internal and external training opportunities

 

 What you should bring with you:

 

  • More than 4 years of experience in ABAP development for SAP HCM; knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData is desirable
  • Experience in the development and implementation of SAP Self-Services in Fiori
  • Completed certification or proof of comparable experience
    • C_HCMP_2311 SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA or C_THR12_2311 SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA
    • C_ABAPD Back-End Developer ABAP Cloud
  • Knowledge or experience with other modules of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics, particularly HR processes
  • Strong affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Interest in open and constructive collaboration
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English
