These are your tasks:
- Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation customer projects – from conception to go-live
- Development of practical solutions for compensation processes based on established best practices
- Technical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project management
- Contribution of in-depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirements
- Implementation of technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation , Introduction of SF variable pay
- Preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses in German and English
- Intensive cultivation of relationships with new and existing customers
- Conducting requirements analyses, effort estimates and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge
- Mentoring our young professionals
- Continuous further training of hard and soft skills
What you should bring with you:
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Compensation
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Compensation or proof of comparable experience
- Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and, in particular, HR processes and SF Variable Pay
- High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
