What your tasks are: 

 

  • Lead the Manufacturing workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for manufacturing processes and solution design
  • Design and implement manufacturing solutions, including integration with adjacent streams and systems
  • Drive innovation topics around SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing
  • Mentor our young professionals and junior consultants and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing in our CNT Competence Teams
  • Take over a leading role in sales cycles in your area of expertise and actively contribute to setup and run customer demos as well as pre-sales presentations
  • Commitment to continuous professional and personal development

 

What experience you should have:

 

  • 7+ years of hands-on consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (public and private cloud, on-premise)
  • Strong expertise in SAP PP, ideally complemented by experience in SAP PP-PI in validated industries
  • Proven experience in leading SAP Manufacturing streams and small teams in complex transformation projects
  • Experience in Digital Manufacturing and MES integration are beneficial
  • Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently
  • Excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders on all organizational levels
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel 
  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation
  • Business fluent in German and English
