What your tasks are: 

• Advising our customers on SAP projects with a focus on customer experience management

• Supporting our customers in the introduction or realignment of sales, service and marketing processes 

• Project management & lead role in SAP CX projects 

• Pre-sales activities to support sales in the acquisition of new projects

• Intensive maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers

• Leading workshops, identification of customer needs and implementation of customer-specific requirements

• Development and implementation of concepts and process models in coordination with the customer

• Interface between business and IT in implementation projects

• Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

• Pre-sales activities to support sales in winning new projects

What experience you should have:

• Excellent know-how in the SAP CX portfolio

• Independent, customer and solution-oriented work

• Ability to grasp complex requirements quickly

• High quality standards

• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise

• High flexibility and willingness to travel

• Interest in open and constructive cooperation

• Business fluent in German and English
