These are your tasks:

 

  • Team responsibility of a SAP HCM team
  • Management of larger projects
  • Advice to customers within SAP HCM projects
  • Intensive care of relationships with new and existing customers
  • Active contribution to corporate development
  • Responsible for developing consultants and trainees


You should bring this with you:

 

  • Independent, customer and solution-oriented work
  • More than 5 years of management experience in project or disciplines
  • Excellent know-how in the SAP HCM module with more than 5 years of experience
  • Several years of experience in project work
  • Distinct consulting expertise
  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Business fluent in German and English
