These your tasks are:

 

  • International support of the entire recruiting process from sourcing, selection to onboarding

  • Focus on the BENELUX market with offices in Hasselt, Brussels and Utrecht

  • Creation of requirement profiles and target group specific job advertisements

  • Active sourcing in LinkedIn

  • Communication with applicants and candidates in the context of applicant management

  • Organization and implementation of events, trade fairs and innovative personnel marketing measures

  • Continuous training of hard and soft skills

 

What experience you should have:

 

  • Experience in operational recruiting, ideally in the area of SAP recruiting

  • Experience in Actice Sourcing with LinkedIn and Xing desirable

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable degree or qualification.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative way of working and desire for agile teamwork

  • Interest in building and maintaining networks

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • French language skills desirable
